With 27 years in the comfort industry, I have worked with and trained some of the best. My start in the industry was with one of the largest, state of the art retail heating and air conditioning organizations in North America. I had the opportunity to work in almost every role in a service company including sales and sales management. I managed comfort advisors and selling techs to high closing percentages and high average sales. I have spoken to thousands of dealers at manufacture dealer meetings, association conventions and dealer road shows. Through the years I have trained thousands of comfort advisors and selling techs all with great reviews. Running my own training and consulting company, I have worked with hundreds of service companies across North America. I feel one of the advantages I bring to the table is that I periodically work in the field as a comfort advisor to keep up with the industry. Other trainers haven’t been in the field for years.

Married with two adult children, Cara and I love to travel. We travel to a foreign country each year. We have been Blessed and we try to give back as much as we can. Giving comes natural, and it shows in my training as well. I want to give everyone all that I have, and I have a lot to share. My classes are fun, motivating and everyone comes out the other side a better person
