Matthew lives in NY and works out of our Technical Training Center in Lynbrook, NY. He has 4 years of HVAC experience and has been with Daikin Comfort Technologies (DCT) and the technical training team for 1 year.
To Matthew, DCT technical training means ensuring that current and future HVAC technicians have the knowledge and experience to install and service Daikin equipment safely and efficiently. Ultimately, he believes this results in a great customer experience. In addition to the continued use of hands-on training, Matthew would like DCT technical training to continue developing virtual/augmented reality tools to help attract the next generation of HVAC technicians.
